There has been alot going on, which can take a toll on your mental health. Personally, there are moments where I have felt anxiety from the current events so don’t think you are alone in your feelings.


Now is The Time to Rest

This is the perfect time to allow your body to rest. We will likely never have a period of nothingness again; just relax.

I read on social media that some people feel pressured to start a new business or hobby and that they just want to stay in and chill out. At the end of the day, everyone should just do what’s best for them and tune out everyone else.

It’s okay to be still for once.
